‘St Bride’s - Why should I walk through the door?’

St Bride’s is unique in our city - Our vision is that we are ‘creative, progressive and inclusive,’ and that is a message that may speak to you if you’ve yet to find your spiritual home in Liverpool. We are located in the Georgian Quarter of the city, a short walk from various campus sites and student halls.

Along with a friendly and diverse congregation at our Sunday Service at 10am, alternating from Communion and Prayer services, we also have a varied calendar on a Sunday evening, more information can be found here

A wonderful thing that is rooted in St Bride’s is the Open Table community which began here in 2008 and became a network of communities across England and Wales since 2015. Open Table aims to be a safe sacred space for LGBTQIA+ Christians and allies. Open Table meets at St Bride’s on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. Read more here.

Our Chaplaincy Assistant Lilly is here for all students, and would welcome any opportunities to offer spiritual and pastoral care to the University’s LGBTQIA+ Societies.
